Points-Based Ownership

You can choose your resort, season, unit type, and length of stay — and even use your points for cruises, guided tours, or hotel stays through Marriott’s larger travel programs (subject to availability and eligibility).
Floating Week Ownerhip
This deeded ownership is tied to a specific home resort and season but allows you to reserve any available week within that time frame and unit type. Owners typically have booking windows of up to 12 or 13 months in advance, offering a balance between flexibility and the benefits of home resort priority.
Fixed Week Ownership
With this traditional form of timeshare, you own a specific week each year at a specific resort — often a high-demand holiday week. Exchange & Affiliate Access

Marriott Vacation Club is affiliated with Interval International (II), a global vacation exchange network that allows owners to deposit their week and exchange into thousands of other properties — including Marriott’s full family of resorts, as well as affiliated brands like Westin Vacation Club, Hyatt Vacation Club, and more.
